Vid Pick: Jon Hope - DRMS
Friday, January 29, 2016

This week's Vid Pick isn't a song, or a lyric video, it's a statement. It's a statement from one of my favorite hip-hop artists out right now, Jon Hope.

On "DRMS" Hope is speaking about dreams, not just his dreams, but everyone's dreams. The words are from Hope's upcoming book, yes book, 100 Miles N' Hour In A Parked Car, and the video features footage of from a performance at a Providence College basketball game.

The clip is short, but thought provoking, and inspirational. That's a lot to pack into one minute, but Hope does so with aplomb. Click play, and enjoy.

For more Jon Hope, check out his appearance on my podcast, The Drunk Train.
