Vid Pick: Scrub & Ace Ha – Anita Ride
Friday, March 04, 2016

I've known LA producer Ace Ha for well over a decade, first hearing his work when he was one half of the hip-hop duo Maddwest. His latest collaborative effort is with St. Louis based emcee Scrub, and their first single together is an ode to owning a less than perfect ride, titled "Anita Ride."

In the humorous vein of Devin The Dude's "Lacville '79," "Anita Ride" features Scrub rhyming about the quirks of his beloved junker, while Ace Ha provides some classic hip-hop production.

This is a great first taste from this teaming of talent, as "Anita Ride" is sure to put a smile on your face while making you nod your head.
