NYC Scene Report - Sister Sparrow & The Dirty Birds, Grand Cousin, & more
Tuesday, November 12, 2013

NYC music fans are used to roaming the streets at night for great music, so the fact that we had to push the clocks back the other week, and it now gets darker earlier, has little affect on us.

We actually love the darkness, because it’s there that we continue to find great artists for Neighborhood Watch: NYC that we can bring into the lime light. This week’s edition of the column features throwback rockers Rocket & The Ghost, booty shaking indie rockers Grand Cousin, and singer-songwriter Clair Reilly-Roe. Leading everything off, however, is Sister Sparrow & The Dirty Birds with their awesome combination of funk and soul.
