The Rocky Horror Picture Show has long been the king of midnight showings at movie theaters. It has the holy trinity of qualities that make for a great midnight movie: a cult following that knows the movie line for line, a killer soundtrack, and the opportunity for the audience to participate in a little cosplay.

While Rocky Horror has earned its spot in the midnight movie Hall of Fame, we can’t help but think there are some ‘80s movies that would also make for great late night theater viewing. Here are six that make the top of our list.
