Vid Pick: 5:am - Scottish Rage
Friday, August 07, 2015

The greatness of CT hip-hop artist 5:am's tribute songs is both a blessing and a curse. It's a blessing because every time he releases one you know you're going to hear something amazing, and it's a curse because every time he releases one it means someone prominent has passed away. This time the prominent person in question was Rowdy Roddy Piper.

One of the most beloved pro wrestlers of all-time, Piper passed away last week at the age of 61. The man was a champion, wore a kilt to the ring, and once famously hit Jimmy Sunka on the head with a coconut.

5:am captures that legacy on "Scottish Rage."
