Welcome to your weekly dose of pop world musings. This week Pop Shots is going to be a little bit different as I’ve decided to do a theme based edition of the column. The theme – the top pop stars to follow on Twitter. These are the artists that aren’t going to bombard you with tweets every five seconds (love ya John Mayer, but you are a chronic over-tweeter) and they don’t use Twitter simply to self-promote (like a number of artists do).
