Idol Thoughts

I know the fanboys and fangirls will be out in full force today saying the dismissal of La Toya London from American Idol last night was wrong. I'm here to tell ya it was the right move. La Toya can sing, but she's no pop star. Never has a person in the final four been less likable than La Toya. She showed us nothing when it comes to personality and personality is one of the key elements of being a pop star. All her song choices were similar and her fake smile got extremely annoying. I'm just hoping this doesn't end up like the situation a few weeks back when people cried racism. If you feel the need to cry racism at a reality TV show YOU'RE the one they should be throwing on a deserted island. A whole force of cops dragging a man out of his car and beating him because he's black, that's racism. Shooting a man 41 times for taking out his wallet, that's racism. Some girl getting voted off a reality TV show because she wasn't the most popular is NOT racism.

Can you tell I'm in a mood? :o)
