This week’s predominantly cheap beer and hard guitar fueled edition of Neighborhood Watch: NYC is led off by punk rockers Pedico playing some “Party Tennis,” continues with new music from hard rockers Briana Layon & The Boys, and crashes a toga party with Rush Midnight, before slowing down and chilling out with something soulful from newcomer Julius.
