Vid Pick: Substantial - Neighborhood Watch (Remix)

Substantial was an original Artist Of The Week here WAY back in the day. In fact, and I know this may age everyone involved a bit, Substantial's first feature on this site was in 2006, and I've been supporting his work ever since. His lyrics, flow, and voice are unmatched in hip-hop, and his latest, which is a remix to his song "Neighborhood Watch," is further proof of this (as an aside, he's also a really good person, which makes supporting his work even easier).
