Vid Pick: Johnny Voltik - Do You
Friday, August 10, 2012

I once described Johnny Voltik as a combination of Bootsy Collins and Frank Zappa, raised on hip-hop. “Do You” shows a little more of his Bootsy influences, and if you think my description of him sounds interesting, just wait till you see the, quite literally, out of this world video he has for the song. Check it out, and the next time someone tries to claim there’s no creativity or imagination in today’s music, direct them to Johnny Voltik.
